Extensive research and testing have resulted in delicious meal options reminiscent of home-style American cooking.
Each single complete MRE meal includes entrée, starch, snack, dessert, fruit flavored drink mix and an accessory pack containing all of the essentials, plus coffee, candy and hot sauce. MRE meals are ready to eat and require no water to reconstitute.  
Each meal contains between 1,100-1,300 calories.
